HR Analyst - fixed term for 6 months

We are looking for a fixed-term Human Resources Analyst based in Iasi to support the Human Resources team in our Global projects.

Purpose of the Role

To give a great experience to all candidates applying for a role at Digital Science by managing all recruitment administration efficiently. To support on-boarding of all new hires by completing administrative tasks efficiently. To improve the People Team effectiveness by supporting Global HR projects. 

Responsibilities 

Provide HR support in the areas of interviews, employee relations, hiring, onboarding, terminations & exit interviews;

Update the candidates database and HR systems;

Create great candidate experience (create standard recruitment advert templates, follow-up communication, recruitment marketing and social media outreach, etc);

Support general HR projects eg creating global people team shared drive to support global ways of working, create and issue contracts of employment to all USA based employees (c70 people);

Support the improvement of people data on HR systems to enable improved reporting. 

Requirements 

Experience

Working in an HR/Recruitment team and used to managing busy and changing workload

Microsoft word, excel, G Suite, mail merge

Working in a global team across multiple time zones

Skills

Highly organised with an attention to detail

Effective written and communication skills in English

Able to work using own initiative and independently

Comfortable using technology and systems

Qualifications

Experience with administrative tasks, preferable in HR area or related area

Bachelor studies graduate or undergraduate
