PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate shall hold a bachelor’s degree
Shall have experience in HR and/or administration for at least 2 years
Shall have knowledge of Labor Code and its application
Medium knowledge of the Romanian Fiscal code
To be flexible and capable to manage different task
Very good communication skill and high level of empathy with the person
SKILLS
Very good knowledge of OFFICE package and Outlook
English – advanced
Italian – not mandatory but can be an advantage
RESPONSABILITIES
Managing the personnel administration files
Managing the database of employees in HR Ecos Agille soft
Managing worked hours justification
Managing presence, sick leave, holidays, etc;
Checking and preparing certificates for employees
Keeping an open communication with all employees regarding HR related Topics
Organizing the recruitment and selection activity
Managing the process of induction of the new personnel
Support and management of different administrative task
