We are looking for a passionate person to join our HR team in Sibiu or Timișoara and help us with administrative and payroll activities, with focus on analytics and reporting.

 What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in HR Administration & Payroll

• ideally previous experience in Service/BPO companies and in collaborating directly with other departments (Finance, Management, Operational teams)

• a deep understanding of the Romanian labor law and of the fiscal aspects related to payroll

• mandatory experience with European Funds Programs and/or State Aid Schemes

• excellent with Excel skills

• a passion for process improvements and automation

• exquisite math and numerical skills

• focus on accuracy and completeness of data

• great with tight deadlines

• enthusiasm for progress and visible results

What are your main responsibilities?

• collecting information from different sources

• keep detailed evidence of data and changes at project and cost center levels

• organize in a friendly and ready available manner documentation within internal processes or projects

• preparing payroll calculation and files in a fancy software

• identify and coordinate improvement initiatives within the payroll processes 

• executing cross checks and compile key operational payroll metrics and dashboards

• preparing payroll reconciliations and connect with Finance for review

• support management in building FTE/HC forecasts for internal projects or for budgeting process

• connecting with authorities and state institution on different topics related to HR and payroll
