HR & Recruitment Specialist

We are currently looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist within the IT industry to join our awesome team in Cluj and become part of our journey!

Your main responsibility will be to grow the team in Cluj and also recruit candidates for our clients in Scandinavia – find local talents willing to relocate. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring great colleagues. Besides that, you will have the opportunity to bring your creativity in organizing various internal activities and events and offer support to the Code4Nord team on various HR topics and processes.

What can you expect?

• Responsible for the complete recruiting life cycle for a variety of roles (source, select, interview, job offer), ensuring a positive candidate experience through all the stages
• Provide effective resourcing strategies and solutions, by taking in consideration the needs of our internal clients and the IT job market
• Represent the company at Job Fairs and other IT events and act as a point of contact in the collaboration with the local Universities
• Design the on-boarding process and sustain the integration of new colleagues in the team
• Increase Code4Nord’s visibility on the market as an employer
• Organize internal events (team buildings, etc.) and give support in implementation of different procedures

Your profile:

• Previous recruitment experience in the IT Field (+3 years)
• Extensive database of potential candidates
• Professional attitude and genuine interest in candidate experience
• Very good English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ownership, likes to take responsibility for his/her actions
• Ability to manage processes from start to finish with little guidance.
• Networking skills are a must
