We are looking for a reliable person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interested in joining our team in Oradea as HR Assistant.
In this role, you will be involved in HR & Administrative related activities, and you will gain experience with recruitment in the IT field.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting assistance and administrative support to the Recruitment Team for open positions within Fortech: sourcing, testing, scheduling interviews with candidates, stakeholders management, etc.
- Provide assistance and administrative support in Personnel Administration activity: hiring, onboarding, maintaining the employee database, offboarding, and improving related processes and procedures
- Provide assistance for employees in aspects related to internal Personnel Administration policies
- Provide support in organizing team events (contact team activities providers; arrange transport and accommodation)
- Offer support with the benefits package that we offer to our team
- Answer inquiries from colleagues via internal tools (about HR policies and procedures such as leaves management, performance management, etc.)
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Manage business travel requests
- Handle front-desk activities: greet visitors, interact with courier companies, assure office supplies
- Offer support to specific inquiries in a timely manner
Your Competencies
- A minimum hands-on experience in the HR field (HR specialist, HR assistant, recruiter, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communications skills in both English and Romanian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Assertive behavior with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and high attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Relations or related field – nice to have
