HR Business Partner
Job Description:
Is the central point of contact for all HR topics within her / his area of responsibility for employees.
Manages the time management for her / his area of responsibility, collaborating closely with Employee Shared Service.
Collects and prepares all the data needed for payroll and employee’s benefits within her / his area of responsibility.
Manages HR administrative activities for her / his area of responsibility.
Is involved in recruitment and selection of production operators.
Conducts HR Induction for new employees.
Monitors the leasing companies’ activity and maintains the communication with them.
Updates the employees’ database.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Provides expert HR advice, creates a trust building partnership with his internal customers, develops solutions, plans and executes the implementation in order to ensure high quality HR work.
Job Requirements:
University degree.
At least 3 years experience in HR activities.
Working experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
English working proficiency.
Good Microsoft Office skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Sociability and very good communication skills.
