We are looking for a fellow HR enthusiast to join our team in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
Provides HR guidance when appropriate to the employees in the department.
Analyze data trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops contract terms for new hires.
Identify training needs for the departments, arrange the needed sessions and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
The ability to work effectively and maintain resilience in a changing environment.
Problem solver & strategic thinker
Required Experience:
Prior experience in a HRBP role or minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, employment laws.
Fluency in English
