MAIN MISSION:
Support for the Head of HR in the development and implementation of the HR strategy for Retail Department in Romania. Identification of high potentials, lowering of turnover, and the building of employee satisfaction, which translates into achieving and exceeding company financial and quality goals.
Role&Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Sales team competency assessment and development so as to match human resources with current organizational needs as well as standards in effect.
Store visits
Monitoring store operations in terms of HR and the following of in–house procedures. Guaranteeing appropriate communications, minimizing conflicts, improving atmosphere, and optimizing structures in order for each store to achieve its goals.
Recruitment and Selection
Guaranteeing the recruitment process in the region such that vacancies are covered within the shortest possible time period with candidates holding the best profiles.
Key Indicators and Budget
Regular analysis of key efficiency indicators (sales, productivity, absenteeism, personnel costs, sale/hour costs, fluctuations, vacancy coverage times) in order to make decisions relating to personnel costs, sales team structure, remuneration, and benefits.
Personnel Administration / Labor Law
Monitoring observation of Labor Law provisions as well as in–house principles relating to personnel administration
Occupational Health and Safety
Verification confirming that procedures involving occupational health and safety are respected so as to guarantee a safe working environment in the stores.
CSR
Retail employee’s engagement in CSR activities
Skills and knowledges:
• 3+ years HR experience in retail field
• knowledge labor legislation
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• very good understanding of HR and retail KPI’s
• organization skills and strong ability to prioritize tasks
• excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• ability to work in fast paced online environment and international context
• excellent communication skills
• being an active team player with desire to help
• strong command of English language (French would also be appreciated)
