Main responsible:

  • Draws up reports that include HR information, according to the manager requests;
  • Identifies the training needs;
  • Requests the training opportunities;
  • Manages the training activities;
  • Updates the competency matrix;
  • Provides support in drafting job descriptions;
  • Proactively identifies the possible improvements regarding the concerned processes, proposing alternative solutions and providing support for its implementation (if validated).

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR;
  • Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
  • Ability to work with different HR projects at the same time, to evaluate priorities;
  • Ability to advise employees;
  • The ability to apply labor relations laws and regulations;
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook;
  • Good team worker, capable to work transversally, to build relationships across departments and functions;
  • Experience in working in the industrial environment;
  • Experience in payroll & admin – is a plus.
