Main responsible:
- Draws up reports that include HR information, according to the manager requests;
- Identifies the training needs;
- Requests the training opportunities;
- Manages the training activities;
- Updates the competency matrix;
- Provides support in drafting job descriptions;
- Proactively identifies the possible improvements regarding the concerned processes, proposing alternative solutions and providing support for its implementation (if validated).
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR;
- Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
- Ability to work with different HR projects at the same time, to evaluate priorities;
- Ability to advise employees;
- The ability to apply labor relations laws and regulations;
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook;
- Good team worker, capable to work transversally, to build relationships across departments and functions;
- Experience in working in the industrial environment;
- Experience in payroll & admin – is a plus.
