HR Business Partner – Crop Science Romania (maternity replacement)

HR Business Partner:

• Proactive, efficient HR Business Partnership and support for Crop Science Divisions in local Bayer organization;
• Represents the HR function in the Crop Science Leadership Team;
• Together with the HR Head develops HR proposals to support the business strategies;
• Supporting People managers across the Crop Science business as required on key HR areas, . performance management, talent management and development, organizational set up, etc. and in the resolution of individual local HR related matters;
• Assures the necessary and appropriate sound local HR operations delivery by being in constant contact and effective collaboration with the local and Global HR Operations team;
• Ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon standard HR policies in the respective division;
• Ensure the efficient administration of all employment related matters, in the respective business division, in line with the company requirements and local legislative requirements – contracts, benefits, health and safety documentation, etc.;
• Provide active support for local change, culture, diversity and inclusion activities

The job holder reports to the Head of HR for the Country group Romania_Bulgaria_Moldova.

WHO YOU ARE

Education:

• University degree in Economics or equivalent, especially with a focus on Human Resources or Business;
• Fluent English language - both spoken and written

Skills/experiences:

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR area, some of which on a role with interaction with senior leaders;
• Knowledge and experience in applying local labour legislation;
• Proactive and “can do” approach, good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail;
• Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with senior management;
• Demonstrates courage to address difficult topics with employees and management;
• Strong networker, with the ability to share and interact collaboratively;
• Previous experience with SAP is a strong advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word, Power Point;
