Responsibilities:
Selects and recruits according to the candidate’s profile and the job requirements while following the internal HR procedures;
Screening of applicаnts (phone and face to face interviews)
Participates in the activities and events of promotion/recruitment of the company (fairs, presentations, etc.).
Supports thе еmployееs in order to ensure the processes of adaptation, training and development.
Provides guidance, while sustaining positive change communication and motivation of the employees.
Cultivates organizational values
Permanently updates and maintains the HR databases of the company with all the necessary information;
Job requirements:
Degree in Human Resources is a plus
Strong French & English language skills (C1);
At least 2 years experience in Human Resources;
