Job Description

Purpose of the Role: To provide support in English for UK employees in one or more specialized functions of HR such as Policies, Benefits and Compensation etc. Research internal database files and tables and manage requests received from Human Resource management and staff.

This is a perfect role for those that want to round their business knowledge or would like to pursue a career in HR. whilst the role is enjoyable it will test your skills and grow your competencies.

The HR Customer Service Advisor is focused on:

  • Responds to telephone and e-mailing queries related to various areas of Human Resources queries following company policies and procedures.
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Informs employees about services available and assesses customer needs.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
  • Assists employees and managers in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes and policies.
  • Maintains databases and employee records handling highly confidential material and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.

  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and responds to e-mail queries related to transactions and benefits.
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Perform peer checking activities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 Fluent level of English written and verbal is a must.

  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Must be proficient in using Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP is an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Flexible and eager to learn.
  • Someone who can thrive under pressure.
  • Be able to work within a large organization and maintain solid relationships with your team members not only situated in your local office but also in other countries.
  • HR related experience would be an advantage but not essential.
