Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…
- Lead team of HR Advisors, being responsible for the administrative coordination tasks;
- Monitor and control the progress of the team activity, being responsible for periodic evaluation of the individual performance;
- Ensures a pleasant team atmosphere, based on transparency and good communication between team members;
- Act as a partner for the local HR organization, meeting business needs and identifying process improvement opportunities;
- Act as a point of contact for escalations, solving difficult situations in a constructive manner;
- Ensures good collaboration and communication with the main stakeholders (Local HR teams, COE, other HR GBS teams, etc.);
- Is responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting the performance of the team in accordance with the approved SLAs;
- Identify new opportunities for transferring activity;
- Get involved in process design activity, ensuring adherence to standard processes;
- Ensure that all confidentiality policies and data management rules are followed in the team;
- Planning of current and special projects within the team;
- Proposes methods to increase the efficiency and quality of team work.
Here is some of what you’ll need…
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum of 2-year experience in HR field;
- Ability to learn and adapt to new changes in the process;
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work within a team and believe in the concept of ‘team work’;
- Proficient Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – very good level);
- Sense of urgency and client service oriented;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English are mandatory;
- Interpersonal skills; Initiative; Flexibility;
- Proactive attitude, with initiative, assertive and adaptable;
- Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously with several projects.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences…
- Previous experience in HR Shared Service Center environment will be considered a strong plus;
- Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management/ Equivalent Post Graduate in HR – will be considered a strong plus.
