Candidatul ideal:
The ideal candidate should be a flexible and adaptable person in an alien environment with networking skills and at least 3 years experience in human resources, as a generalist.
Also, our new colleague must be a graduate of Social sciences, Psychology or other relevant areas and have a good understanding of each HR process.
He/she should have a deep understanding of Labor Law, excellent organization skills with high attention to details, strong communication skills and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
Experience with HR tools and systems.
Descrierea jobului:
Responsible for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, the annual and mid-year employee performance reviews, etc).
Administer HR-related documentation; mantain relation with external providers.
Implement and develop HR tools & processes, HR strategy corelated with business needs.
HR & business reporting
Manpower planning and annual/quartely budgeting.
Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
