You will be offering support to our HR Manager in all HR activities: recruitment, internal policies, training, personnel administration etc.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Running the recruitment process for Alumil from start to finish, including working with hiring managers to define required skill sets, sourcing and screening candidates, running interviews, and closing roles, across all functions and different seniority levels.
- Managing the First Day and Orientation Day for all new joiners.
HR Admin
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the employees files (digital and physical);
- Managing the employee paperwork;
- Providing support to each employee regarding administrative issues;
- Regular reporting on HR data to local management and HR group department.
Training, Events & Employer Branding
- Offering support in organizing external/ internal trainings;
- Send surveys & communication to participants/ keep track of webinars etc.
- External & Internal Employer Branding: internal events, online activities, materials, creating ads etc.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Use of MS Office – Excel – advanced level
- English – medium level
- Having the ability to work with numbers and data analysis – would be a plus
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills
