For one of our clients, a company active in retail, we are searching for a HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
Managing end to end the recruitment process, directly or working with staffing agencies, for various roles in the organization;
Key responsible for the induction process, supporting the new comers during the first stages of the contract’s signing process;
Leading the performance management process in collaboration with all managers in the local organization;
Preparing and presenting activity reports regarding the HR KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience in a HR department, working in a fast-paced organization, with relevant exposure to recruitment and performance management functions;
Fluency in English;
MS Office literate.
