Your Challenge
- Deliver back-office specific service products according to catalogue;
- Independently perform general personnel administration supporting tasks;
- Adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreement and quality standards, other operational documentation;
- Maintain request management system and back-end systems according to the work instructions;
- Answering effectively to customer inquiries in the area of personnel administration master data and document management, organizational management, training administration, generating various certificates and back-office indirect recruitment tasks;
- Professional service-oriented attitude related to the business queries , answering and dispatching customer requests;
- Support compliance to specified standards;
- Pro-active involvement in process improvement and technical projects;
- Collaborative approach, orientation towards ongoing behavioral and technical self-development;
- Increased attention to details, adaptability, resilience and genuine team spirit.
Your Qualification
- University (BS or Master) degree;
- English advanced – mandatory;
- Service delivery professional with proven track record of performing in a business environment;
- Preferably minimum 1 year experience in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area) or minimum 3 years in HR function;
- SAP, Taleo, Microsoft Excel-Word PowerPoint expertise would be desirable;
- Revisal know-how is considered an advantage;
- HR Administration experience would be nice to have (Personnel Administration, Bank-Medical-Other Certificates).
