To meet our business growth we are looking a HR Generalist (part-time role) who will manage 200 contractors on a yearly basis at global level.
You will:
- Be responsible for the contractors and the budget files for open positions
- Develop HR reports and providing an analysis of HR information for managers and VP (monthly headcount, quarterly and based on requests)
- Own the process for collecting and updating the contractors data for all GRC/FRR divisions
- Make accurate changes in the HR SharePoint and SAP environment
- Maintain contact with managers VP and fill in reports
Job Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance or equivalent training or experience;
- At least 1-2 years in a similar position, contractors administration, HR reports and analysis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software or SAP, Workday systems
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem solving skills
- A good team player, who is eager to learn and to work autonomously in an international environment
- Adaptable to change and feeling at ease in a quickly evolving environment
- Committed to accuracy, completeness and able to deal with ambiguity
