HR Generalist

ADIENT AUTOMOTIVE PLOIESTI is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist, to join the HR department team.

To accomplish this role, you need:
- Bachelor's Degree

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years)

- HR inspector course and diploma

- Very good knowledge of Work Romanian Legislation
- Fluent English language skills
- Good knowledge of MSOffice package (especially Excel) and personnel databases

Your role will involve:
- Performing the recruitment, selection process and onboarding of new employees

- Performing HR administrative tasks covering a broad area of HR functions

- Employee labor relations
- Cooperate with HR team in order to improve working environment and increase employee motivation

- Actively involving himself/ herself in all HR processes, including Corporate policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations and having the ability to conduct fair and impartial employee investigations

- Participating and conducting departmental and inter-departmental projects
