You are:

An experienced HR professional with excellent written communication, customer service, and analytical skills.

You are passionate about constant improvements to the HR service.

You have already gained experience in working in a regional/global role, providing service support to other regions (at least 1) and managing a team of international experts in achiving common objectives.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of CCE (Coralclub Europe), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR in the region, ensuring service is delivered to stakeholders business-wide. Being hands-on part of the team, you will be required to have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a real desire to deliver excellent customer service trainings, in order to achive the main objectives of the company world-wide.

It is a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, so you will need to think on your feet and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.

The team:

The Group HR Manager will provide transactional support in the following areas: HR strategy administration & operational, on/off-boarding, C&B, ER, data analytics, HR Controlling & intensive trainning.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well, as wider business and be responsible for delivering a customer-centric HR service across the Group through a team of 11 offices in Europe, developing their capabilities and expertise.

The team has been established 12 months ago and is now ready to move forward with a new fresh mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing improvement programmes for all HR group procedures
  • Remote management of the regional team.
  • Implementing internal controls systems, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Providing payroll and data quality/accuracy assurance across the region.
  • Resolving complex HR queries related to ER (employee relations), employment law, compensation & benefits.
  • Providing advice and guidance in line with the policies and legislations of the company.
  • Preparing complex HR documentation/correspondence such as Executive contracts, bonus schedules and other information necessary to achieve monthly / quarterly / annual objectives.
  • Further development of the HRIS system to maximise benefits for the users.
  • Ownership of the annual salary review process and ad hoc benchmarking for the Support Functions.
  • Answering complex reward queries relating to pay, bonus schemes and employee benefits.
  • Participating in the HR projects and implementation of the People Strategy within the Group.
  • Participating in establishing new offices in new regions regionally and globally.
  • Overseeing complex ER (employee relations), training programs and workshops.
  • Drafting policy documents.
  • Coaching managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing HR's compliance with GDPR and Senior Management.
  • Member of the Group HR Leadership team contributing to the development, sharing best practices in the market.

Required skills and experience:

  • Associate or accreditated ITM (level 5 or above), or equivalent degree in HRM .
  • Previousine management experiencedeally in a centralised/SSC service function (planning, policies, and strategies)
  • Experience of working in a regional/global role providing service to European and other markets & regions.
  • Flexible anddaptable to change.
  • People-oriented, dedicated to upskilling and developing the team.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are required for effective handling of difficult conversations during the course of ER (employee relations) management.
  • Mature judgment, interpersonal relations to include empathy, patience, and good listening skills to establish rapport with internal clients.
  • Working together with the other managers of the company in reaching the goals set by the CEO.
  • Recruiting and evaluation of new employees and managers using established or new channels in coordination with the relevant unit managers and in accordance with the policies, practices and needs of the organization;
  • Participating developing new ways of training and assessment of the staff, according to their responsibilities and main activity of the company;
  • Participating in the evaluation of employees for internal promotions;
  • Monitoring the internal report and evaluation systems;
  • Responding to internal reports of misconduct and taking appropriate corrective actions;

Additional experience:

  • Experience of working with payroll, HRIS (uman resources management system or uman resources information system, contracts, pensions, vetting, understanding of data protection requirements under GDPR, employment law, generalist background is nice to have.
