HR Junior Planner

You will develop yourself in our team of professionals, having the opportunity to learn HR, specifically being involved in Planning & Controlling, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting to local and Group projects on various cutting-edge technologies.

You will work in a calm and quiet office, with a beautiful view – once the pandemic is over, before that you will work from home.

Which are your responsibilities?

Perform analysis and forecasts for costs and number of employees. 

Estimate future data based on past records and a large set of assumptions, you need to be comfortable with uncertainty.

Analyze variations, explain and correlate them.

Build simple presentations about relatively complicated data.

Help others organize and work with large databases and extract valuable information.

Prepare forecasts and annual budgets, monthly actual s in line with the requirements. 

Monitor and analyze in detail costs and variation compared with budget and forecast.

What we are looking for from the holder of this role?

• You know relevant software for working with databases.
• You know how to build a presentation; you know how to illustrate a story.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ IT or a relevant alternative.
• Basic knowledge of economics and banking.
• English advanced.
