HR Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Lead to provide HR counsel & support to a part of our Bucharest team. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with business leaders, managers and employees, and will be accountable for delivering HR programs and processes to enable the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the embedding of the business’s strategies at various departments and levels
• Acts as point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
• Assists managers assess and proactively address employee engagement
• Educates managers and employees on inquires relating to HR policies and procedures
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the unit
• Participates in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent
• Cooperates with management as appropriate on employee development and talent planning decisions
• Collaborates with International HR team members to design, plan and implement global HR initiatives
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources Management
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
