OVERALL PURPOSE:
Maintains and enhances the organization's Human Resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies/programs, and with the company compliance laws/and regulations.
HR ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for recruitment process for TES RO locations, for hourly & salary positions as per internal procedures.
- Prepares all necessary documentation for hiring/ rehire employees such as medical check request, labour contract, confidential contract, new employee`s statements, etc.
- Maintains the relationships with the medical services provider.
- With collaboration with the managers/supervisor, designs the initial training plan for the new employees and ensure compliance.
- Creates and/or updates job descriptions & competency profiles as needed.
- Provides competent advice to the Line Manager on suitable training strategies and general conditions on the (national & international) training market.
- Assures good communication with the business training requests during the whole training process.
- Maintains the training attendance lists data base.
- Leads disciplinary investigations and handle employee relations issues in a fair and sensitive manner following Technophar internal policies.
- Coordinates the relations with Employee representatives and the Collective Labour Contract negotiation.
- Prepares monthly headcount reports and annual HR Budget.
- Prepares all necessary documents for bonus reviews and pay increases as per labour contracts and internal procedures.
- Supports payroll activities with the time sheets check and approval.
- Verifies the monthly payroll process.
- Creates and /or updates policies and procedures specific to HR regulations.
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Forms a close working relationship with the senior management team.
- Visits all sites as required.
COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES
- Ensures that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
- Coordinates the Compliance committee activities.
- Collaborates with auditors when needed.
- Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations as appropriate and/or required.
- Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting of:
- use of the Compliance Hotline.
- heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct.
- understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
- Aligns the internal compliance activities with Mitsubishi compliance programs.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES
- Ensures that all administrative duties are completed by administrative assistants accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Coordinates all international mobility aspects (requirements for visa, work permit, residency permit etc.).
- Organizes all Company events (Christmas party, picnics, BBQ`s etc).
HSE
- Complies with all HSE and Fire Prevention rules and regulation applicable at the workplace;
- Attends periodical HSE and Emergency response training established for the position;
- Notifies his direct supervisor about any incident, accident or environment pollution occurred and take immediate actions to avoid or to limit the consequences;
- Wears and uses PPE specific to each working area;
- Is responsible for the security and safety of self and others.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- Observes the legal requirements related to the personal data protection – GDPR;
- Observes the confidentiality requirements for the activities performed;
- act as Data Protection Contact Person being responsible for:
· Maintains a clear and up-to-date understanding of the legal requirements regarding the protection of personal data and the impact they have for the organization;
- Monitors the compliance with policies and legal requirements on personal data protection;
- Is involved in all data protection issues of the company;
- Advise, monitors the compliance, and the train the employees;
- Acts to prevent security incidents;
- Acts as contact person for data protection authorities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Education: University Degree, preferable in HR
Minimum years of experience: minim 5 years
Necessary certificate: HR Inspector certificate
JOB COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge Romanian labor market and labor law
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge and experience in performance management processes
- Knowledge and experience on training processes
- Knowledge and experience of industrial relation
- Knowledge and experience of HR administrative activities, including payroll
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Working experience in HR field min 5 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English Language
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to travel between the plants and internationally.
