Responsibilities:

  • Validating the recruitment planning and needs, appraising the pre-selection of candidates, authorizing the final hiring decision and advising about the orientation programs.
  • Assuring the implementation of the corporate HR procedures, setting up and implementing local HR.
  • Policies, controlling compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Setting up and updating of compensation and benefits policy in line with COFICAB Strategy supervising
  • Its implementation as well as the implementation of social/legal labour incentive.
  • Validating the training plan and monitoring the implementation of the Annual Training plan and guaranteeing its effectiveness.
  • Administering the performance appraisal system and talent management process.
  • Setting up, updating and implementing the internal industrial relation policy, assuring the respect of the internal rules in terms of discipline, internal conflicts management.
  • Promoting the company values and culture, designing and controlling the implementation of internal communication policy and CSR plan and supervising end to end engagement survey.
  • Preparing and controlling the annual HR budget and strategic plans, preparing, communicating and reviewing HR KPI's and defining accordingly continuous improvement plans.

 

Requirements:

Degree in human resources, business administration, or other related fields

A good knowledge of labor or industrial relations, HR Processes Management, and organizational development.

Good English knowledge

Computer literacy

Experience in automotive on a middle management position
