We are looking for a talented and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all HR operations in our internal call-center and work the local team in order to achieve great results and create a positive culture, of performance and growth.

- have 2-3 years of similar experience
- have superior communication skills

- knowledge in compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- general knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- are people oriented and results driven
- possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking and ethical conduct skills.
