HR Manager

Job Responsabilities: 

• coordinate HR activities ( recruitment and selection, personnel administration and payroll ~ performed by an external specialized company ~, training, evaluation, motivation, etc.);
• manage the recruitment process and resourcing provision for the company;
• identify training and development needs based on department and company objectives;
• provide HR advice and guidance to the employees and managers;
• ensure an on-going optimization of internal HR processes and HR KPI;
• ensure that the human resources activities/policies are aligned with the company policies and also with the Romanian labor legislation;
• maintain a win-win relationship with employee representatives;
• coordinate the monthly and annual Performance Evaluation, Talent Management, etc.;
• coordinate compensation and benefit process, salary budget responsible.
