What are we looking for?

    Europe Compensation&Benefits Leader

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Independently runs the C&B agenda for Europe, including processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
    • Works with the global C&B function to deploy the global C&B guidelines in the region, get the regional nuances approved and ensuring C&B data feed in the global tools  as per process
    • Coordinates with Hiring and FP&A teams to periodically review hiring and salary grids
    • Ensures appropriate benefits tax treatment, in cooperation with the tax function
    • Educates HR and Business fraternity on C&B processes and guidelines and co-owns with them the C&B to revenue targets for the region
    • Has an active role in due diligence for C&B stream during employee transfer projects, as per ARD provisions
    • Constantly screens the market to ensure alignment of our C&B practices, C&B benchmarking, etc.        

      REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

      • Over 5 years experience in C&B across various Europe markets, with in deep understanding of Romania, Poland, Hungary and UK, at least
      • Able to switch between being strategic and tactical in the same time, focusing on effective execution and influencing senior leadership as per the need
      • Wanting to drive impeccability, structure and rigor in the C&B process. Advance Excel and Power BI skills
      • Able to effectively multitask and handle intense workload through appropriate planning and leveraging the matrix organization structure
      • High work ethics and integrity



      Europe HR Admin Leader

      GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Independently runs the HR admin agenda for Europe, including processes like onboarding, employee local statutory queries, exit and interacting with local labor authorities  
      • Coordinates the HR admin team, which may sit both in country or in SSC
      • Ensures compliance with labor laws for all countries in the portfolio, in close cooperation with local external partner, where the case
      • Educates HR and Business fraternity on key labor law provisions and co-owns with them the HR Adm incompliance agenda
      • Has an active role in due diligence and execution for HR admin stream during employee transfer projects, as per ARD provisions
      • Is responsible for deploying an effective employee records/file management
      • Owns SOX, ISAE and local statutory audits in the HR admin area

      REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

      • Over 5 years experience in HR Admin across various Europe markets, with in deep understanding of Romania, Poland, Hungary and UK, at least
      • Able to switch between being strategic and tactical in the same time, focusing on effective execution and influencing senior leadership as per the need
      • Proven leadership capabilities, collaborative, curious and courageous in the approach
      • Wanting to drive impeccability, structure and rigor in the HR Admin process. Advance Excel and Power BI skills
      • High work ethics and integrity


      HR Admin&Payroll Executive

      GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Administering full life cycle for vendor management processes within the HR Ops area and incorporating best practices.
      • Designing guidelines and processes for vendor management and ensuring implementation.
      • Analyze vendor management programs within the HR Ops area and identify continuous improvement opportunities in terms of costs, employee experience and streamlining processes.
      • Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
      • Coordinate all vendor management tasks within the designated area inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
      • Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are accomplished for assigned vendors.
      • Coordinates with Sourcing and Finance departments to ensure all internal processes regarding approval, enrollment, tracking etc of vendors are completed.
      • Ensures the tracking, measurement, reporting and evaluating vendor performance.
      • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
      • Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
      • Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for managed vendors.
      • Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage and contracts are completely leveraged.
      • Meets with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
      • Coordinates research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and service quality.

      REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

      • Solid experience in HR consulting, digital companies or SSC/BPO with good competency in org design, employee engagement and retention, labor relations/employee grievances in Romania
      • Strategic and conceptual thinking: conceptualizing the future environment and providing others with a clear image of what needs to be done to ensure long term success;
      • Change management: leads and manages changes;
      • Problem solving and innovation: introduce new or modified work processes to accomplish the most with the least overall expenditure of time and resources;
      • Decision making: taking calculated risk in complex, ambiguous or risky situations to force an issue or set a direction;
      • Implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes;
      • Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
      • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
      • Strong business acumen balanced with operational orientation
