HR Planning and Reporting Specialist

Location: Bucharest (Day Tower)

Contract type: permanent

What you will do:

· Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for HR and management team

· Ensure data accuracy by completely following all company-outlined procedures

· Act as a main point-of-contact for all HR reporting requests from internal and external customers

· Establish strong cross-functional relationships to fully understand the business and factors of success in the industry and develop relevant HR metrics

· Examine data, identify and present relevant trends in clear and succinct reports to key stakeholders, and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business

· Coordinate the collection of business assumptions and headcount data, prepare rolling forecast and multi-annual budget for headcount and personnel cost

· Compare and analyze actual data versus planned budget, identify differences and the business reasons behind; together with stakeholders, propose action plans for recovery, whenever needed

· Propose and implement methods of improving and/or increasing the effectiveness and accuracy of planning and reporting process

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in economic studies or computer science/ information technology
• 3–4 years of data analysis and reporting (preferably HR or Finance data)
• MS Excel expert level
• MS Power Point advanced level
• Advanced in English
• Ability to present data in a logical and concise manner, to explain metrics to a non-technical audience
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data and identify key trends
• Ability to understand trends and dynamics of the different business area, as well as relevant competitors strategies in order to simulate different HR scenarios
• Ability to help generate relevant metrics to further business and HR strategic initiatives and priorities
• Ability to identify the objectives to be achieved within a project, formulate strategies and tactics to achieve them, creating and monitoring the necessary steps
• Ability to forecast personnel cost evolution and other HR specific KPI’s, based on a complex model (multiple data sources, multiple variables and drivers)
• Ability to understand and balance business objectives in a matrix environment, to work autonomously in order to achieve expected result
• Strong attention to details, analytical, fast learner, dealing with ambiguity and prioritization
• Knowledge of personnel costs structure, labor law and HR systems & databases (is an advantage)
