This is a great opportunity to join us as an HR Process Improvement & Transition Analyst in our Global Business Center in Bucharest within the HR Services Team. You can have the opportunity to be part of a new growing team. We are creating a foundation for our HRS team that will deliver and bringing proven, high impact programs to our customers.

With the company’s long term focus on continuous improvement, we have the capacity to advance the transformation process. In this role, you'll be responsible for spotting any improvement opportunities, creating effective solutions to implement them swiftly and creating transitional plans and documents. You'll also update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes.

The HR Process Improvement & Transition Analyst should be able to proactively spot any transition challenges and solve them as quickly as possible. Ultimately you should demonstrate mastery of the spotting improvement opportunities to minimize any associated costs or risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with HR Leadership Team to ensure that six sigma support is strategically aligned with our Company’s purposes: make tomorrow better, serve others and seek flawless execution.
  • Identifies or validates projects that drive teammate satisfaction, operational excellence, or operating expense efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines to deliver results that achieve project’s targets based on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Facilitates stakeholder workshops developing action plans, completing improved process documentation and implementing and co-managing business change with HR functional leaders and their teams.
  • Act as an ambassador and change agent to drive adoption of tools and methods by reinforcing and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate the results of process improvement projects/ initiatives to the HR Leadership Team and all HR Teammates in a regular cadence and keeps all parties involved with the transition updates and on the progress.
  • Provide Six Sigma knowledge to the entire HR Team by delivering Green Belt training and assist with creating or updating internal training tools and for team members to maximize the effectiveness of transfers
  • Suggests operational process improvements, reduce manual processes, resulting in efficiencies.


What will make you successful

  • Min. 5-7 years of professional HR experience, with a focus in transitions and process flow management/ administration
  • University degree and additional years of work experience
  • Very good level of English, verbal and written
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and Workout tools, problem solving / root cause analysis and process management.
  • Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement methodologies and effective change leadership.
  • An understanding of statistical methods to prioritize recommendations and initiatives supported by ROI.
  • Experience working with enterprise solution business users and technical teams to achieve sought improvements through technology
  • Expertise in project transitioning, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within Tenneco (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments, follow through, and willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines
