Your Challenge
- Represent Human Resources Management (HRM) function and issues in core teams of strategic (business) projects as well as ensure compliance with HR governance implications;
- Contribute to the steering of the Division´s project portfolio with regard to HRM subject matters and further-develop the HRM project tool kit;
- Identify and select sub-team HRM Project members on site in agreement with the HR Business Partners Plant(s) and provide coaching to HRM team members;
- Facilitate the implementation of project results together with respective regional or local HRM teams and update HR Best Practice platform accordingly;
- Define and regularly update the breakdown of HRM work packages and ensure detailed planning, reporting and successful delivery;
- Ensure regular and proper communication within the HR project team/ site, HR Business Partner (Business Unit/Region/Plant), HR Centers of Expertise;
- Monitor the progress as well as the evaluation of project risks from a HRM perspective;
- Cooperate with and contribute to specific projects in the region (. location selection, Fit- For- Growth Projects etc.).
Your Qualification
- Accomplished university degree in Business Administration/Commercial/Law with a focus on Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum of five years professional experience in HR, preferably as HR Business Partner or (Associate) Project Manager within a global organization;
- Comprehensive experience of leading projects and working within matrix organization;
- Solid business awareness and experience in (business process) auditing activities considered favorably • Strong conflict and change management skills and proven resilience;
- Reliability, rigor and an analytical mindset;
- Team-work orientation and international/intercultural sensitivity;
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and result oriented;
- Advanced MS Office user, knowledge of SAP applications a plus;
- Prepared for extensive international business travel;
- Very good English language skills.
