HR Projects Specialist

Our mission

We are looking for an HR Projects Specialist to join our team and help us implement our local and regional HR related projects.

What will your role be?

• Define project plan in alignment with the local HR Manager guidelines
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Plan, document and execute according to plan / implement the project
• Create presentations for project ideas and demonstrate efficiency
• HR project management initiatives
• Ensure weekly follow-up reports and monitoring

Who are we looking for?

      Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience  years in HR: training &development, organizational development or similar roles, used to project implementation
• Experience in implementing end to end HR projects
• Experience in multinational company

Functional Skills:

• Project Management skills
• Autonomy in execution
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Advanced English, French is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Creative, innovative, used to work with tight deadlines
• Friendly and with a positive attitude
• Committed to individual objectives
• Fast learner and adaptable

IT Skills:

• Master in Power Point Presentations
• Advanced Excel skills
