The ideal candidate:

• Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
• Establish & maintain good working relationships with the team
• Protect confidential and sensitive information
• Careful planner and with a keen eye for details
• Very good administrative and organizational skills
• Multitasking, flexibility, diplomacy
• Interested in the HR industry's trends and best practices

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience in a similar position
• Bachelor's degree
• Good English skills (at least intermediate level)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
• Easy to interact with and a real team player
• Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment (obtaining all the necessary approvals, posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, participating in or conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates, onboarding new colleagues)
• Actively searching for job candidates through multiple channels
• Assist colleagues with various enrollments
• Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process
• Contribute to SBP's employer branding strategy, helping us retain our talent, supporting our continuous growth, and increasing our brand awareness
• Find new ideas for increasing employee satisfaction
• Monitoring and updating internal procedures
