Based in GBS Romania reporting to Global Head of GBS HR located in Bucharest Romania, as part of the GBS Human Resources Team, the role is required to produce structured and insightful analysis of where to remediate areas of non-compliance of SF Retrospective Leavers, understand root cause analysis of where are identified process breaches and drive an effective collaboration with End Markets Finance Directors and HR Directors to implement action plans.
What you will be doing…
- Run and consolidate Success Factors Retrospective Leavers Report & Leavers Reports, prepare the outcome for validation with regional GBS-HR Leads
- Engage and work closely with End Markets to access, collect and consolidate feedback and relevant information to produce final Leaver Impact Report
- Collaborate with System Owners to ensure support assistance to relevant parties in performing and managing internal enquires on investigation of data analysis details
- Deliver analytical insights of final Leaver Impact Report to agreed distribution list and Senior Stakeholders, prepare well-structured information dashboards for Board Members level
- Provides objective analysis to support data interpretation and has a key role in managing the expectation of possible data outputs and insights into performance measures
- Coordinate with End Markets to understand the root cause and to ensure that any necessary action plans because of an identified retrospective leaver or late leaver breach are generated timely are appropriate and embedded across BAT
- Perform quality assurance checks and identify risks
- Ensure control is operated and completed in a timely manner
- Trains and support stakeholders in correctly managing Exit/ Termination Process
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities with the purpose of activity simplification, automation and for the adoption of better ways to work
- Manage special tasks and projects and participate in them as needed
- Influence key stakeholders, clearly communicating remediation and compliance monitoring results, and ensuring management buy in for areas of responsibility

- Data analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to identify significant process risks and efficient and effective key controls, as well as understand and analyse root cause.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide internal audience – senior multiple stakeholders (particularly in email correspondence) and influence and persuade them to take action
- Creative thinking, communication, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to understand and challenge different points of view; influence and modify strong opinions; adjust to changing work priorities; manage multiple workstreams at the same time
- High level of confidentiality on sensitive issues
