Key Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional environment (Finance and HR)
- Responsible for delivering and coordination of HR reports and other reports within the framework of the Group standard, according schedule for segment Germany (nationally and internationally):
- Error analysis within the framework of the incident procedure of HR SPOT (SAP BW)
- Maintenance of GH0-reporting-structure incl. required mappings (Forecast, restatement, OZT 8901)
- Design and coordination of ad hoc queries
- Segment consultancy regarding organizational changes and feasibility in HR SPOT (SAP BW)
- Consultancy of national and international customers regarding reporting topics
- Ensuring data quality and data load in HR SPOT (SAP BW)
- Understand and evaluate customer`s requirements and implementation into reporting products
- Feasibility analysis and implementation of further developments and new designs of reports in HR SPOT
- Ensure data privacy and compliance rules
- Execution, analysis and evaluation of benchmarks
- Develop definitions for requirements of the HR processes and -system
- Support HR-planning and Total Workforce Management within segment DE
- Participation in planning and coordination of measures for the standardization, harmonization, compatibility and interoperability of the HR IT- systems
- Setup of methods and systems for the corporate-wide HR-segment reporting
Competence Profile
- Graduate degree in business administration or information systems
- Business experience with management information systems / reporting systems
- Understanding for SAP architectures and experience with multi-dimensional data modelling
- Experience within the SAP Frontend-Tools / SAP BW is a plus, Excel knowledge mandatory
- Knowledge about the central key performance indicators used within a big company.
- Ability to diagnose & address/debug application issues.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
