HR Specialist

About this role:

As our new HR Specialist, you will provide HR support to all departments in Creditexpress Romania, in both our offices in Bucharest and Brasov.

You will be actively engaged in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will play an important role in the day to day HR operations in Creditexpress Romania, aiming to align HR principles with business goals.

You will be responsible for staffing projects, organizational development, internal and external communication, HR procedures and employee relations.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Manage the full cycle of external and internal recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviews and employment offers
• Partner with key managers to ensure an effective recruitment and hiring process

HR Administration

• Manage employment formalities
• Assist the HR team with administration across the employee life cycle from onboarding through to exit
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Other HR Projects

• Provide support to the HR team on various HR projects (. wellbeing projects, special events etc.)
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies throughout the organization
• Manage the internal and external communication and take an active role in our employer branding projects

Qualifications and experience:

• Completed studies with focus on HR, Business administration or similar
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
• Proven + experience in a similar role, in a small or mid-sized company
