MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Managing the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, first interviews
- Following up on the interview process status
- Managerial and internal communication
- Representing the HR department in management discussions
- Ensuring within the company the communication regarding major activities and HR-specific projects
- Counseling – HR Related
- First point of contact for the management teams in all HR related issues
- Offering support and guidance to the employees in HR related issues
- Personnel administration, payroll and others
- Managing the relation with the external payroll and admin suppliers in order to ensure their proper function
- Responsible for annual medical check and periodic Health and Safety trainings
- Ensuring the disciplinary inquiry
- Other HR processes
- Issuing and updating the internal procedures and policies
- Organizing and supervising the employee evaluation process
- Actively involving in organizing internal events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Great communication skills, flexible and reliable
- Negotiating skills
- Good computer skills and multitasking abilities
