For one of our clients, multinational company and top company in its industry, we are currently recruiting an HR Specialist Compensation&Benefits reporting to the HR Manager.

The role is based in Bucharest.

Role Scope

Ensuring the continuous improvement and the monthly implementation of the HR policies in the aria of HR administration, payroll, compensation and benefits. The role holder will act as a Compensation & Benefits expert and a partner for the internal clients in reaching the companies goals according to the HR group policy.

Key Responsibilities

Performing personnel administration related tasks, including drafting various personnel documents, partnering with specific providers;

Being in relation with the payroll provider;

In charge with completing the employees files according to the law;

Centralizing data regarding the employees;

Draw-up decisions, addendum, employment contracts, termination process documents, etc

Support the attendance worksheets input and follow-up;

Administering compensation & benefits and solving personnel related questions/issues;

Coming up with various comp&benefits proposals, initiatives;

Supporting HR automation initiatives, implementation;

Revising and implementing benefits according to the local market;

Providing various HR reports;

Implementing digitalization projects;

Actively participating in the implementation of the annual HR processes: for example budgeting, workforce planning – together with the HR Manager;

Supporting the design of salary and benefits policies;

Supporting the local/global bonus plan implementation;

Participating in the annual salary review process;

Supporting HR IT project implementation, including employee self service.

Ideal Profile

Relevant experience on a similar role;

Bachelor Degree – graduated;

Excellent communication skills;

MS Office (including Excel) – advanced;

English – advanced;

Very good labor law know-how;

HR Software experience – advantage:

Passionate, with initiative, drive, meticulous, willing to grow professional.
