HR Specialist (HR Operations)
2 years temporary contract
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support development of input, review and alignment of monthly payroll with external provider and internal Accounting
- Act as 1st contact for employees on HR related matters
- Supports absence management and administration – vacations, sick leaves, etc.
- Benefits support and administration (certificates and others)
- Supports Job Descriptions update and signing
- Prepares hiring documents and updates employee files
- SAP transactions
- Preparation of onboarding of new employees
- Translate HR related documentation.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in related area
- At least 2 years of previous working in HR area is a must, with a strong experience in payroll administration
- Good knowledge of the labour related legislation
- Passion for people
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Well organized with attention to details
- Very good English in writing and speaking
- Strong competencies with MS office and related software
- Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
