YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support development of input, review and alignment of monthly payroll with external provider and internal Accounting
• Act as 1st contact for employees on HR related matters
• Supports absence management and administration – vacations, sick leaves, etc.
• Benefits support and administration (certificates and others)
• Supports Job Descriptions update and signing
• Prepares hiring documents and updates employee files
• SAP transactions
• Preparation of onboarding of new employees
• Translate HR related documentation.

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in related area
• At least 2 years of previous working in HR area is a must, with a strong experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of the labour related legislation
• Passion for people
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Well organized with attention to details
• Very good English in writing and speaking
• Strong competencies with MS office and related software
• Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
