What are you expected to perform:
- To implement the HR strategy according to general strategy of the company
- To carry out the HR activity regarding all the processes involved:
- Workforce planning,
- Recruitment,
- Induction,
- Employees’ motivation,
- Appraisal performance,
- Exit interviews
- Management advice on HR processes
- To organize different kinds of events related to the HR fields: job fairs, internal and external trainings, happy hours, team buildings, online events, workshops.
- To participate in meetings that involve a range of issues (personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff)
This position requires:
- University degree in Human Sciences (Psychology/Sociology/Communication/HR)
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in the HR field
- Labor legislation knowledge
- Ability to build good relationships with people within and outside the organization
- Analytical thinking
- Goal oriented (maintain focus on agreed objectives and deliverables whatever the circumstances)
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills: good work organization with ability to adapt quickly to fast changing circumstance
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Romanian is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of HR principles, policies, and business concepts
- Spirit of initiative
