Role
- Managing all administrative HR topics including data maintenance of HR tools
- First HR contact person for all employee questions or concerns including managers
- Interface to external & internal stakeholders (eg: payroll provider)
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
- Managing end to end recruitment activities (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination etc)
- Coordinating employer branding activities (social media, recruiting events etc)
Profile
- 3 years+ experience in HR related activities (admin, recruiting)
- Good communication skills
- Advanced written and spoken English language
- Hands-on mentality & willingness to grow in an agile environment
- Openness to build up the structure of the team & shape the future
- Good Ms Office knowledge
