HR Specialist - Sibiu

Role

• Managing all administrative HR topics including data maintenance of HR tools
• First HR contact person for all employee questions or concerns including managers
• Interface to external & internal stakeholders (eg: payroll provider)
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
• Managing end to end recruitment activities (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination etc)
• Coordinating employer branding activities (social media, recruiting events etc)

Profile

• 3 years+ experience in HR related activities (admin, recruiting)
• Good communication skills
• Advanced written and spoken English language
• Hands-on mentality & willingness to grow in an agile environment
• Openness to build up the structure of the team & shape the future
• Good Ms Office knowledge
