We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team which support the business transformation to E-Mobility.
Job purpose: Drive organizational growth and profitability by recruiting the candidates who share our vision, values and behaviors as a starting point, focused on self-development in order to achieve the best results.
Responsibilities:
Selection and recruitment:
- Identifies and manages the appropriate recruitment channels for vacancies;
- Designs and posts recruitment announcements based on discussions with department heads;
- Selects candidates based on CVs, depending on the candidate's profile and job requirements;
- Contact the selected candidates in order to schedule interviews;
- Participates actively in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Evaluates and comes up with proposals regarding the selected candidates to the managers;
- Manages and ensures the updating of the database with candidates;
- Informs the candidates about the result of the selection process;
- Provides support within the company regarding the process of recruitment and internal evaluation of people.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Integration of the new employee;
- Follow-up after integration to get feedback and ideas to improve the process;
- Organizes exit interviews and makes optimization proposals based on the information obtained;
People Development:
- Offers support in the organization of external training sessions;
- Checks correctitude of induction and development plans;
- Involvement and support in the implementation of internal HR projects (organizational culture, employees retention, etc.).
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Min. 2 years experience in HR (Recruitment / People Development);
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Customer orientation, networking , influencing and persuading skills;
- Structured thinking and analytical skills;
- English language – fluent;
- Microsoft Office.
