Role scope:
- Responsible for system implementation, development and automation of HR Services Systems;
- Coordinates the relation between IT department and business process owners aiming to develop;
- Implement and up-grade HR systems services to better serve the business and create an improved employee experience
Main tasks:
Systems improvement and development:
- Ensure legal labor law compliance on HR system flows and interfaces
- Offers first level support for troubleshooting cases for EVO SAP and Success Factors – Employee Central; escalation tickets to Central Team for complex cases
- End-to-end coordination of system projects; offering support for new functionalities; improvement of existing functionalities; development interfaces and system updates
- Ensure alignment between local project and global projects;
- Identify automation opportunities and lead projects to serve RPA
Data integrity:
- Ensure data are correctly maintained and replicated between various HR Services systems
- Technical trainings to HR teams (Reward; HRBP; HR Administrators) for Employee Central usage
- Act as a liaison between HR, Local IT and Group IT
Competencies, experience:
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management and change management
- Proven experience in system automations and system migrations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in implementing HR systems
- Certificate/experience in working with Success Factors and SAP
- Good knowledge of local market standards and existing systems/automations
