HSE Specialist

Main responsibilities:

Waste management:

• Checking correctness for the Waste Forms, according to HG
• Preparing and following approving waste transport > 1 ton / year
• Waste management records, according to  HG
• Labeling waste containers
• Organize waste area
• Supervision of selective waste collection activity
• Preparing reports at the authorities request
• Organize command / transport for the hazardous waste

Chemicals management

• Identify preparations and draws up the list of substances used in every sector
• Update the chemicals list
• Analyze safety data sheets (MSDS compliance with the regulations CLP, Reach)
• Keep records of chemicals consumption

 Legal conformation and other requirements

• Check compliance with legal requirements
• Check compliance with the provisions of the regulatory
• Maintains and monitors documents verified by the Environmental Guard
• Identify obligations reported to AFM and do monthly report
• Preparing reports to the authorities according with reglementation permit  
• HSE induction
• Perform regular audit to safety environmental and emergency situation
• Colaborate with local environmentals agency
• Collaborate with company doctor, oganise periodical medical control

 Requirements:

• University/Master in engineering / technical field;
• “Internal Environmental Auditor ISO 14001” certificate
• “Waste responsible” certificate
• Health & Safety Certification - 80h
• Risk Assesment training (240 h)
• Advanced knowledges of PC
• Excellent Organisational and Comunication Skills
• Strong motivator; ability to sell a message and engage people
• Ability to prioritize and align expectations with the different stakeholders
• Structured working style, and ability to view things in a very systematic and logical way
• Strong planning & execution skills
• Ability to understand regulations and transform in to business practice.
