Hse specialist

Responsabilities

• Coordinates general introductory training for new employees and testing of the relevant acquired knowledge;
• Preparing periodic training plan SSM  and fire safety emergency situation and coordinates periodical instruction with relevant thematic for the administration and production employees;
• Checking of training , work protection files and fire instruction files;
• Preparation and distribution of thematic for work protection and fire protection as per legal requests;
• Perform regular audits to safety, environmental and emergency situations, and depending on the results, initiate corrective measures and ensure that they are implemented;
• Uploading documents, requirements, reports, measures, evidence of implementation of measures 
• Implementation of corrective and preventive measures imposed in internal and external audits
• Identification, planning, organization and running of HSE campaigns 
• Collaborating with local agencies for health and safety, environment, emergency inspectorate and in case of periodic inspections, preparing the necessary documents and implements actions plans based on results found;
• Prepare periodical reports to environmental agency,
• Assured the management of waste in production field
• Hazard identification and risk management for subsidiary activities 
• Collaborate with company doctor for health and safety issues, organize periodical medical control;
• Coordinate the purchase of personal protective equipment and distributing it
• Planning and management of HSE budget and  proposes the procurement plan elements for the necessary assets devices and HSE equipment 
• HSE pre-qualification of potential Contractors / Subcontractors
• Disponibilty to travel

Required qualification:

• University degree
• Experience in similar position minim 3 years
• Experience in Risk Assessment and Corrective Action Plan( risk assessments training 120 hours)
• SSM inspector (80 hours)
• Fire Safety certification
• English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
• Knowledge of  ISO standards  is an advantage
• Communicative person, well organized
• Driving licensees B category
• At least 3 years in HSE Oil and GAS.
