Responsibility:

This role is responsible for the business growth of Huawei advertisement and ecosystem marketing in Romania (consumer business group), with a clear focus on relevant eco-system development & revenue growth.

• Insight of Romania Ads industry and eco-system.
• Ecosystem Marketing strategy making and implementation (Including PR, social & digital)
• Develop eco-system from media provider side, including 3rd party APP providers, 3rd party SSP provider, 3rd party ADs SDK provider and etc.
• Develop eco-system from advertisement demand side, including 3rd party DSP, advertisement agencies, advertisers and etc.
• Engage and influence target partners, coach them to optimize their advertisement performance on Huawei Ads platform.
• Booking in-store promotional resources with local/regional team.
• Maximize the monetization of publishers on Huawei Platform.
• Covering the operational activities for scheduled promo-plans.

Background and previous experience

• 2+ years experience in the advertisement industry, especially in mobile advertisement and digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the local market for consumer digital services, mobile usage behavior and advertisement trends.
• Strong communication skills & rich experience on partner engagement and influencing.
• Self-motivated, work with autonomy, creative and team player, willing to take on challenges.
• Fluent in English.
