- Office management: flawless operations of the office;
- Finance: on target budget estimated vs actual;
- Legal: 100% compliance;
- Recruitment: 80% achieving target/ quarter;
- On boarding: help the new hire feel comfortable in the workplace, earn their commitment to the organization and help them start producing and contributing to the cause;
- Retention: keep talent in the company;
- Culture: implement the values and mission of the company organically; partner with TL and help /make them ambassadors of culture around the teams;
- Employer branding and EVP: raise awareness in the market;
You will have in order to meet the objectives:
- vision, ethics, expertise, strong time management, prioritizing, documentation and delegation aptitudes;
- experience in an HR Manager position in an IT company with more than 200 employees;
- strong communication skills, executive presence, flexibility, adaptability;
- abilities to manage others through change by providing strong listening skills and patience, easy to approach;
- calmness and objectiveness during stressful situations;
- experience and own contribution in growth processes of a company.
