In our growing team, we are now looking for a skilled and team-player colleague to cover a wide range of human resource processes and initiatives consistent with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities And Tasks
- In charge of all HR Admin allocated tasks, such as employment contracts, terminations, decisions and other documents requested by employees etc.
- Act as single point of contact for assigned teams, having end-to-end ownership of assignments.
- Actively partner with line managers and team leaders providing HR guidance for all HR areas.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Manage programs that address HR activities such as personnel administration, talent management, retention, learning & development and performance management.
- Perform diverse assignments in areas as employee/labor relations, communication, training, coaching, people development, etc.
- Participate in identifying and developing employee skills to support business needs, coach employees, supervisors and leaders in addressing interpersonal and behavioral challenges.

- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
- High degree of autonomy; able to work under minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Romanian Labor legislation.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR
