Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and practices for a multi-business Shared Service Center
- Set up best-in class HR management practices while maintaining compliance with employment law and group policies
- Manage the talent acquisition process effectively
- Collaborate with Business Group HR Department in Germany
- Ensure talent management process is implemented
- Apply Group compensation philosophy and provide recommendations on compensation and benefits topics
- Assess training needs, create learning opportunities and leverage Group development programs
- Act as proactive member of the local management team including provision of HR metrics
- Maintain employee benefits programs
- Assist with planning and execution of company sponsoring events and employee socializing activities
Our expectations:
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years’ experience in an HR leadership role based on broad HR Generalist experience
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
- Experience in multinational matrix environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Romanian native speaker, good command of both spoken and written English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong people management skills and cultural awareness
- Hands-on mentality
