Hungarian speaking Junior Project Manager (m/f)

For our Team in Brasov we are currently looking for support as:

 Hungarian speaking Junior Project Manager for our partner M7, a well-known TV service provider.

Overview of tasks:

• Responsibility for the organization, optimization and development of work processes
• Implementation and control of projects to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Responsibility for the achievement of all quantitative and qualitative service level agreements
• Generate statistics, reports and budget plans
• Quality assurance and quality management
• Guidance of team members: motivation, development, feedback
• Working closely with team managers

We are looking for:

• Very good command of Hungarian and good command of English (spoken and written), Romanian is an asset
• Completed suitable degree or comparable training
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of at least 25-35 members within an outsourcing customer service environment
• Attention to details and the ability to work with deadlines
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of analytical methods and conceptual strength
• Experience in implementing and planning continuous quality management processes
• High level of dedication and pro-activity
