Immigration Relocation Consultant Cluj-Napoca

Nestlers Group is hiring a Immigration & Relocation Consultant based in Cluj. The main responsibility would be to ensure that the clients avoid any legal issues that may occur concerning their immigration processes, by supporting them to obtain any immigration-related documents, and coordination of the relocation processes.

What we expect

• Preparing legal documentation for immigration processes
• Keeps the relationship with third-party providers, such as notaries, translation companies, real estate brokers, etc
• Regularly updates the immigration procedures in place
• Accompanies clients for submission of documents to state authorities
• Provide all necessary accurate and correct information to clients, prepare, and check legal requirements and take notes of changes in legislation that may appear
• Keep clear and structured track of all mobility processes completed
• Preparing the agenda for area orientation and house search processes as per the client’s need
• Negotiating the lease contract with the landlord
• Accompanies the client during the area orientation, house, and school search processes
• Assisting clients face to face, as well as remotely, with various support services (school search, apartment search, etc)
• Coordinating relocation processes remotely and communicating with all stakeholders involved in the process

• Very strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on continuous communication with the client, colleagues, and public authorities.
• Inclination to always look for the solutions, not the obstacles
• Highly driven person, active, extremely attentive to details
• Fast learner and fast problem-solver with a ‘can do’ and friendly attitude
• Remain calm and focused when working with deadlines
• Excellent client services
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Type B driving license
